F-E-A-R has two meanings: “Forget Everything And Run” or “Face Everything And Rise.” The choice is yours.

I Faced it all (and it WAS A LOT and I am still not done) and chose to rise and I am going as high as I can go!!…

Today, on my 2 year anniversary I chose to face the beast! To challenge myself physically, with my husband – partner – best friend by my side! Together, we tackled 10 miles of exhaustion, mud, sand, heat, dehydration and so much more! We ran through that finish line together – smiling.

I am proud of where I am today and thankful to my husband, who faces everything LITTERLY with me (hey Vin I signed us up for a 10-mile run with obstacles)….he went into it dragging his feet and ended it routing me on….

Sammy – I am starting to believe in myself the way you always did in me… I miss you!!!
